Just started doing it today…
I turn shuffle off in the naim app so the icon goes grey and then 5 seconds later it turns orange with a dot above it.
I literally can’t turn shuffle off. Bizarre. Tried restarting my phone (iphone 12) - makes no difference.
Anyone else experiencing this?
Yes, mine comes on seemingly at random; I can however disengage Shuffle mode straightaway when I notice….I haven’t been able to find a setting that stops Shuffle coming on at random though - which is a bit annoying - but your issue seems more problematic.
Yes, this has happened to me a few times, I put it down to me being a daft old fart after pressing the button by mistake but it appears I’m not alone.
Thankfully the issue went away for me today. No idea what caused it. Anyway, glad it’s ok now.
I had this annoying problem about a month ago but it seemed to resolve itself after a couple of days. Somewhat naively, I assumed Naim had applied a fix to the app. However, the issue has returned this weekend and now, after some online research, I’ve discovered that this issue has been ongoing (off and on) for a number of years! Come on Naim, extract the digit and get it finally sorted once and for all.
