I need to connect a HiCap Dr to a Nait XS3 which will also have a NPS X2 plugged in. Does the Hi Cap need both a 4 and 5 Pin Snaic connector to work…

Yes, it does. It’s all in the manual.

Yes, signal has to route through the Hicap, so you need both SNAICs.
