Does anyone know if it is possible to buy a spare sled - SSD/HDD caddy - for the Naim Core? I have SSDs and HDDs which I would like to swap over from time to time.
Get your dealer to check with Naim spares, don’t forget to include the two sets of HDD/SSD mounting screws.

UPnP servers such as the Core are designed to access music stored in any location on your network and amalgamate them into a single library. Why not put the other drives into a separate device which the Core can find so that you don’t have to muck about with a screwdriver just to listen to them. Either use a USB stick attached to the Core or attach a drive to a NAS or other computer. Possibly cheaper than whatever Naim would charge you for a spare sled, even if they have one.
When i bought my Core, it was possible to buy a spare sled, and had 2 in tandem. Best ask a dealer or Naim.

Our music store is on a NAS, no need for any SSD/HDD in the Core at all. Empty sled.
