I have suddenly problem with that when I start spotify at my Phone or on my Ipad and “sends” it to my Naim - you can see the Cd-cover on the front of my Naim BUT there is no Sound. This has been working fine for a long time and I am usin lssless. ANybody else with the same problem - or even better an explanation of how to solve the problem.

Since today, I’m experiencing exactly the same issue with my Uniti Nova in the Netherlands.
I have the same problem also with TV and also with playing the ripped CD:s I have. Basically nothing works.
I just now changed the lossless setting for Spotify to High and suddenly - everything works as it should, including TV and ripped music. when I change back to Lossless - problem again.
This doesn’t work for me and it is also not working when Spotify is in normal mode quality
Im not convinced Spotify connect is working well today with naim gear. OK to my Sonus, but not to the ndx2.
Works perfect here with Uniti Nova and Spotify lossless
No problems with Spotify streaming lossless through my star this evening here inn Sheffield uk
Had the same problem for 2-3 months - Suggest go to web interface of your Star, enable iPV4 only under Network settings and see if that fixes it.
I’m still having the same issue with lossless streaming from Spotify to the Uniti. The highest streaming quality I get is ‘very high’. Is it working properly for you again?
Problem still there for me - no change.
What’s your internet speed, plus are others streaming at same time.
250/250 - no other problems with internet.
How do you do that. On the router or on the Uniti machine or on the app?
My internet speed is 150 Mbps and streaming via Tidal and from the NAS works normally. When Spotify’s audio quality is set to ‘automatic’ and I start a track on the iPhone in lossless quality and then connect it to the Uniti Nova, it plays the track in ‘very high’ quality. When I set Spotify’s audio quality to ‘lossless’ and start a track on the iPhone in lossless quality and then connect it to the Uniti, the track does appear on the Uniti Nova with the album cover, but there’s no sound. The track doesn’t play and stays stuck at 0.00 seconds. I’ve already restarted the Naim, restarted both the Naim app and the Spotify app, logged out of Spotify in the Naim app, and reset all internet connections. But the issue remains.
You have exactly the same issue as I have and I tried a lot of different things - no change. I have now also tried to set IPV4 to only - no change. I can play Spotify lossless on all my other devices - so clearly the problem is within the Uniti Star.
In the web interface of the Star - but I see you have now tried this to no avail.
I had a similar experience last night, it would not give a sound, no matter what source, wether i tried to listen through my speakers or a headphone. This morning I disconnected the mains, let it rest for about five minutes and plugged it in again and now at least the radio seems to work again. Will try to stream spotify lossless later today.
Today I tried to use Lossless - AND IT WORKS!!! I hope it will stay that way
