Spotify Connect Gapless

I need the help of this community please.

I have spoken with Naim support and gapless for Spotify Connect is not currently supported. Is there a requirement for this feature within this community? I expect if we get enough people asking for this then we can get this feature added.

Is there a way of tagging Naim support from here or do they generally monitor these forums?

I don’t use Spotify but as far as I can tell this is not a missing feature in Naim software but in Spotify Connect itself:

So in this case nothing that Naim can do about it

On my Uniti Atom, Spotify Connect is gapless. Marillion’s Misplaced Childhood is a good test of this.
