Hi, so I made the mistake and updated the software on my Nova. Now Spotify Connect is seen on the Nova screen, the Spotify app shows that it’s playing on Nova, but there’s no sound on the Nova. All other sources (Tidal, Qobuz, internet radio) work well. I reinstalled my Spotify app, rebooted the Nova, logged out of Spotify in the Naim app… any other ideas? Thanks!

I have a Nova with latest firmware 3.10.1. I don’t use Spotify on the Nova but do have a free Spotify account. In the Naim app I just now enabled Spotify, set bitrate to normal, opened Spotify app, stared a podcast, selected Nova, all good playing through the Nova.
SOLVED for me (thanks to Naim support). The solution is as easy as can be - a full WiFi router RESET must be done. A simple reboot won’t help - only after that hard reset the Spotify Connect comes back to life. Very strange, given that the much heavier files from Tidal or Qobuz worked. Anyway - case closed.
