Unit Atom
Using iphone the device is showing up as a choice in the app, but when connecting noting happens.
The Atom is up to date regarding firmware as the iphone, they are both on the same network otherwise it would not show up in the iphone.
Anybody with some knowledge regarding this issue?
Have you enabled the Spotify input?

I went to investigate this after reading this. Exactly the same problem on all of my three devices, 555, Atom and QB. I can’t recall the last time I used it, but it would have been in the summer. I listen to my local music and Tidal which are very clearly fine post fw update. Inputs are enabled, and all devices show in the connect menu from my Android and iOS devices. In fact the album cover shows on both the 555 and Atom and indicates it is in fact playing but stops at 10 seconds.
Anybody else having this problem also?
Hi, i have been to busy rehabilitating with a hip replacement.
I still have the issue regarding the spotify connect part. Maby i should start an ticket in support.
