Stageline N upgrade for onboard phono SL1500C?

The Stageline N has an input capacitance of 470pF which is well above the range suggested for most modern MM cartridges.

We had ok results with Rega cartridges (such as Elys II).

But ultimately physical change was needed. Can’t discuss that here.

Hana SH Mk 2 into NSC 222

The N50 has a “non standard” (for naim) input capacitance of only 100pF. The 222 has 470pF, much like Stageline N and SN3. So not the same. The N50 will have far wider cartridge compatibility, based on cartridge manufacturer recommendations. The difference 470/100 input capacitance makes is noticeable, but can’t discuss how we know this on the forum.
