Star Metadata not working

Hello. I no this topic has come up several times, so apologies if there is an active thread somewhere, but I am struggling to get this issue resolved. I have an Uniti Star which for the past few months is not recognising any new cd I rip, whether it is an old cd or a new release. This means I am having to use the app to manually download the album cover and type the artist, name of album, and each track. This is getting tiresome and on a £2,500 Hi Fi, is frankly unacceptable. I have tried rebooting but it makes no difference. Does anyone know what the problem is and how to fix it? Thank you.

Have you tried rebooting by disconnecting it from the wall? If not try that. If that doesn’t work it’s best to contact Naim support. Also you need to ensure it’s connected to the internet - you’ll know this if iRadio works.

Thanks for your reply. Yes I have unpkugged the system and yes it is definitely connected to the Internet. Metadata worked perfectly until a coupke of months ago. I thought maybe there had been an update which has caused the problem. I will try Naim support.
