I played internet radio the last days, no Qobuz.
Tonight I put my Naim ND5 XS2 power on. Tried to play Elvis Presley on Qobuz after seeing the Netflix docu. The stream won’t play. Noting on Qobuz won’t play. Tried internet radio and that played just fine.
Then I noticed the static purple led. But I play wired with ethernet, no Wifi! I don’t even have the antennes installed!!!
What is happening here??
I powered it of/standby. Then pulled out my ethernet. Put it back in. Powered the unit on, it blinked orange for a while. Then purple again. I can play a song. Try the 2nd song. Nothing. Then play internet radio, no problem. Play a song on Qobuz. 1 song ok, 2nd song nothing. Play another artist, ok.
Still static purple led. Am I playing ethernet or Wifi now? How can I turn off Wifi and/or that purple led??
Plugging in an ethernet cable disables wifi on the nd5 streamer.
You should probably check the status of your qobuz account, and make sure you have entered your qobuz credentials in the settings of the naim app.

Try changing the Ethernet cable, and or changing the connection port where it attaches to the switch/router.
