East Sussex, UK, December 2013. Long exposure with ND filter if I recall correctly. I’ve never seen colours like that since.

The Sunrise of Doom, Seattle, September 8th 2020, heralding the entrance of the Long Gloom. AQI in the neighborhood at 335 in the HAZARDOUS zone this afternoon. Even inside the house looks hazy and looking like no end until maybe Friday. Seattle had the third worst air quality in the world this week, beat out only by our neighbors to the south.

Most of my photography these days consists of iPhone snapshots. Technically imperfect, I admit, but good for grabbing opportunities that otherwise I would miss.
