Superline and Supercap

Hi All

I am have ordered a Supercap DR for my Superline.

Looking at the Naim documentation it states that powering the Superline from the Supercap I need to use a dust cover for the other power socket.

I don’t have this- do I need one for the system to work? If it is just a dust cover I guess I won’t need it?

Thanks for your input!

cheers
Chris

It’ll be fine without the dust cap.

Chris, all you need is the Burndy (SNAXO Burndy) and a 4-5 interconnect.

Thanks James and Richard. I have the Burndy- just have to get the 4-5 interconnect.

Looking forward to this upgrade! :slightly_smiling_face:

Your Superline will certainly be making full use of the Supercap.

Enjoy :+1:

Not sure if the dust cap was even supplied new? My SL doesn’t have one, but then again, I don’t use a SC to power my SL.:frowning:

My Superline is from just a few years ago. Mine came with both the DIN dust cap and the Burndy link plug.

That back of the unit even states to use the DIN dust cap when using the Burndy socket.
