Just purchased one of these, and must say I am thoroughly impressed .
Had a Nait 50 prior to this, but much prefer this.
Richer, fuller warmer sound. And lovely phono stage, its all I need and just one box.
Such a shame Naim had to stop producing these.

The SN3 is indeed a wonderful amp.
I’ve got two Nait 50’s and a SN3 with HCDR2, they both have their own advantages.
The SN3 is one very special amp.
It’s turned my Kef R3 Metas into something absolutely beautiful.
Enjoy.
If I ever go minimal a SN3 would be my choice, enjoy it’s great amp!
Love mine!!
I love my SN3 (& HCDR)!!
As s/h SN3’s now almost cost twice as much as a new N50 I would kinda hope it sounds great.
I love mine without a HCDR ![]()
I love mine with and without HCDR.
Smoother without, more detailed with.
I love mine. I have no HCDR and no hankering to upgrade. It sounds fabulous as is.
Congrats on the new amp! I’m approaching 3 years with my SN3, and it’s still impressing me daily. Enjoying Van Halen’s “Fair Warning” (aka: the one where you can actually hear the bass) right now. The SN3 is an amp that can both excite and reveal subtle detail…endlessly listenable.
Love my Supernait 3! Just recently I added a HiCap DR unleashing the masterful Class A preamp section!
Nice to hear all this.
I just didnt get on with the 50,and was suprised at how much I prefer the Supernait. Fuller weightier sound , but maybe not as detailed.
Strange I never liked SN3 back then. Thought it had less groove than SN2 which is my fav supernait. Maybe I would feel different today with better source.
The SN3 is quite amazing, it’s indeed a big cuddly ball of music, warm and round. And somehow, in all of this, it manages to maintain very good pace and rhythm.
At some point though, one needs to decide vs the immediacy, detail and presence of something like the Nait 2 or 50, especially when not in a large listening space and/or with more difficult speakers.
I actually think the N50 leans ever so slightly towards the warm side of neutral. Have not heard a SN since the original, decades ago.
Yes I agree with that garcon. However, ive had a Nait 2 and Nait 50 not that long ago.but this Supernait 3 really is a bit special, very pleased with it!
I have Harbeth p3 esr in a small room (4x4 m)
Thats interesting.
I bet, one of the first upcoming new boxes from Naim is a NC Supernait, or whatever they gonna call it.
I’m in two minds about which edition I prefer, SN2 or SN3.
Hard pressed I believe its the latter.

Hi Per, what sort of differences do you notice?
