Hi All,

The procedure is just plug it in and the wifi gets overridden.
Shouldn’t have to restart anything.
go to settings - you need to activate wifi first, then go to networks and select your network, enter pw etc, ethernet needs to be disconnected for it to see the wifi. Also, I think there is a bug in the recent FW which prevents Wifi from connecting - at least on my NDX2 there is.
He said he is switching " from" wifi… suggesting this has been working already.
Turn the NDX2 off at the wall. Connect the Ethernet. Turn it on again.
Just plugging in the ethernet cable should be all you need to do (assuming it’s plugged into something suitable at the other end ). As has been mentioned above, it automatically overrides the wifi but it will take a little while - a minute or two - to make the change.
Why?
My ND5XS2 doesn’t require a switch off.
I recall it being necessary, but if not, there’s no need to do it.
