I think rubberized plates make for a better listening experience.
That’s the first time I think I’ve seen olive mixed with Statement
As far as I understand he’s done a bunk and is alive and kicking. He’s done this before. He’ll be back. A bit histrionic if you ask me.
Statement + 2 x 500
It’s the Armageddon. Had it for god knows how many years.
Max had left the forum but is doing well in his beloved Italy and probably is laughing hard now at my choice of words which had put his existence in question.
Apparently the reports of his death have been greatly exaggerated.
What’s the difference?
I meant the weights
I’m very sad to read this. Please pass our condolences on to his family.
Mike, he is fine. He has left the forum, that’s all!
Wonderful news!
Poor buggers been dead and resurrected about 4 times in last 24 hours.
… at the beginning of Lent already!
He’ll be catching up to the 272 replacement in no time
To be fair both statements could be true! I take so much grief from my daughters about the flip flops but hadn’t thought of using sound quality as the reason.
Maybe we’ve had it wrong all along with still points, seismic sinks, fraims et all and all you needed was a decent pair of Fitorys! Isolation begins at the feet…
The BlueSound is an amazing bit of kit - I’ve borrowed one while I await the return of my ND555. Amazing sound for so little outlay!
That’s a very kind thought, thank you.
However, while I admit to have flirted from time to time with the idea of swapping to black legs (or, heaven forbid, getting the silver legs “done” a la John Vivian style…), I actually think that the silver finish legs work better with the rather eclectic selection of kit that my system has from time to time. Old bits of kit get put in and out fairly regularly - for example, right now there’s an old Hitachi D-E95 and Nakamichi LX-3 cassette deck in there - so I think the silver finished legs look best.
And just to get back on topic…
