System update issues

Hi I’m about 2 hours into my upgrade and it still not finished

At the hour point a pulled the power cable and network cable out and it’s resumed showing the blue light

Any ideas please ??

It’s directly connected to the router 100mbit and phone is on the same Wi-Fi network

Press the pin hole reset at the back of the unit, and try again.
