I have gone where you do not want to go: I had 282/SCDR/SL interconnect/250DR and I have transformed into 332/300/legacy cable/250DR. I can only confirm that you do not miss the point: something important leaves with the SL interconnect: on occasions, sound is less organic. However, 10 months later, burnt in 332/300 is substantially superior and I easily focus on the improvements. I am of course longing to interconnect 332/300 to 250NC àr 350s in a mid term future.
