The sound, the style, the service, my dealer, the simplicity of operation (most of the time), but most of all it’s the sound. I’ve only really listened to Naim gear for the last 25 years. If I go to other people’s place and they’re playing something it generally sounds flat and I tune out. I can hardly imagine a week without sitting down and just listening, everything disappears leaving me with music.
