The Grand Cafe

Funny how some seem to love things and others struggle. I did have a different set up to what I have now, maybe that would have made a difference.

Re the rugby you’d want to hope so, it’d almost be unsafe to play in these conditions.

I must be a skinflint when I choose wine

Anyway that’s not a very friendly way to start my day.

Oh…

Indeed - goodness me

I was hoping to make you laugh. British humour maybe not that good. We think we’re funny :joy::rofl:

I did. I was just hitting it back. Anyway the post was wrong it got to 42c.

Well I’m deleting the post because I think others didn’t get it.

Then mine looks odd.

Anything much above about 32 is too hot enjoy, and high 30s has me diving for cover and drinking gallons. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced over 40 - and don’t want to!

I think I’m going to faint in this heat - or maybe I need to reach for a few cold beers before I do

It’s nuts

We’re expecting another 40+ day today before a cool change comes through later tonight. I like hot weather but 40 is unbearable.

By the way we all think you (British) are funny too.:grin:

On that note I will bid you goodnight :slightly_smiling_face:

Luckily it’s a bit colder than yesterday. 2 days in a row 40+, thankfully a cool change is on the way.

It’s a bit warmer here this morning. 9 deg C which is an improvement on the 2 deg C we had two days ago!

Didn’t think I’d ever say this but I’d gladly swap. We’re still waiting for the cool change.

Yes, above the high 20s I start to malfunction and above the mid 30s I stop functioning at all.
