Here’s an article from what hi-fi about about Tidal introduction of hi-res flac for their hi-fi plus subscribers.

Im hoping that a Tidal HiFi Plus subscription gets cheaper using Hi-Res FLAC rather than MQA and it thus gets more cost competitive with Qobuz, Amazon and Apple, that would be a really great outcome for loyal Tidal subscribers.

We’ll be signing up for this. System sounds fabulous on local material when nDAC has both LEDs lit :smile: Can’t wait, even if they don’t drop price.

But…but…will our streamers be able to play hires FLAC from Tidal? Don’t give me no flak. :crazy_face:
