Another great talent from my teenage years has sadly passed away. > **[Tito Jackson: Jackson 5 singer, brother of Michael, dead at 70](https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/c2kddp5x5zno)** > > Tito was an original member of the Jackson Five pop group and brother of the late Michael Jackson. The very first vinyl album I ever bought, in 1972, was the Jackson 5’s Greatest Hits (I still treasure this record). It’s a sobering thought (for me) that I may never have started along this whole music/hifi journey if not for the impact the Jackson 5 had on me as a youth, so I owe Tito, and his brothers, a huge personal “Thank You”. Rest peacefully Tito. ---
