Anyone know the spec for the transit screws for Ovator S600 BMR? The manual only says that they need a 5mm Appen key. Many thanks.

I suggest you email Naim support to ask (but they won’t be there today as it’s a bank holiday in UK).
According to the spec sheet,
‘part number 08-001-0193, socket screw, s/steel, cap, patlock 180 n-11, M6x55 2no.’
Looking at one of the transit screws, the 55mm length is from the underside of the head, not the total overall length of the screw.

When you are settled and the ‘chaos’ has abated, re-torquing the drive units and if passive, the bases also, will be very worthwhile. Details just flag again.
