Hi everyone.I joined group yesterday and i’m amazed with the valuable knowledge/opinions from everyone.One thing that stood out is the term Treble spikes which is new to me.I would appreciate more nohow on subject.Is is confined to a particular make and model of speaker? etc,thanks paul

Hi,well i’m going to upgrade my speakers and one speaker that i’m interested in is the kudos super 20a upwards but i’ve seen comments referring to treble spikes.What is that and is it common?,thanks paul
All it means is that they are quite bright, with more at the higher frequencies than some other speakers. It’s not a bad thing if you like that style. When choosing speakers it’s your ears that matter, not others’ comments.
