is anyone here with a opinion? coult it match with NAIM ?
If using old Naim boxes the idle noise can become an issue with high sensitive speakers. Depends on room size and how sensitive you are etc.
Im really curious to listen in here. I’ve been looking at this model a lot lately
May be a very interesting combo with your Nait2. High efficiency speakers can boogie with some current pumped through them….
I’ve had issues before with the Nait 2 amplifier driving a Klipsch Cornwall.
The high efficiency of the speakers was somewhat difficult for the small Nait 2 to control at low volume levels. One channel was usually louder than the other. I barely had to turn up the volume to get very high sound levels. I also felt that the bass was lacking.
After switching to a NAP 250 DR, the problem was resolved. At the time, I wasn’t using a Naim preamp.
With the NAIT 50, the channel imbalance issue was resolved, but the bass was still lacking.
When I connect my old Spendor speakers to the amplifier, it’s a completely different story. Both the NAIT 2 and the NAIT 50 sound fantastic with them
