Unable to cast Qobuz on Uniti Nova

Thank you for your insight. After having reset several times my router, it worked once (i could cast Qobuz) but now the problem is still there… I don’t know why to do… The router is provided by my network provider, not sure they will accept to change it…

Normally it’s possible to put the modem/router into modem only mode and then use a better quality router that you provide yourself. You may find advice in your ISP’s own user forum.

Thanks the Naim community for your support! I confirm that the issue was the poor modem router provided by my Internet Service Provider. I use now an Ethernet port of my Time capsule (that I use as a router) instead of one of the ISF router. And it works perfectly. This means also that Naim device is very sensitive to a poor router. Good to know.
