Unable to list Internet Radio

I have a Uniti Atom, Uniti Atom HE, Uniti Nova and CI-Uniti 102. They have all been working fine and have been fully updated for your new Internet Radio service. However, today I have been unable to access the list of stations on any of them. The existing presets continue to work.

Do you mean the list stored in each unit, or you cannot do a search of available stations? Both work here, so the service is working.

I mean the full list of available stations via the app for each unit. However, after trying various things for several hours, I tried accessing the list via the front panel of my Nova. The list of stations has now reappeared on the app for every unit. I assume there was a problem with my internet link to Naim’s server.

One other point, in case this happens to anyone else. This occurred just after I opened the ios app on my mac mini. I think this ocasionally clashes with the apps on my iphone and ipad so may be the culprit. I’ve uninstalled it from my mac just in case.

I use legacy streamers (NDS, UQ2), but I noticed that it took some time for the new list of browsable stations to appear in the Naim app after updating the firmware. But in my case, it just took a couple of minutes (once you are on the internet radio browsing screen, just leave it there until stations appear). Perhaps it depends on your network and/or wifi speed.

I’ve had the new radio service working fine since it was rolled out, including on a UQ2. Yesterday however, after a minute or so I was getting the message ‘no results found’ for all my devices. I did a full reset on my Atom HE but nothing changed. I then logged out and disabled the Qobuz inputs everywhere as I resubscribed to it just a few days ago. After I got it all working again I reenabled Qobuz. Then just an hour later, the station list disappeared again. I got it back by accessing it via the remote.
I suspect there is an issue with Qobuz and the search function in the app. I will try and be more patient in future.

Okay, it may be a different problem. In my case, I was referring to browsing iradio stations in the Naim app. I assume that the initial delay is due to populating a locally cached list of the stations.

I am having the same problem with my Unitilite. The app does not find any iradio stations but I can still use my stored stations. After pushing list on my Unitilite the app finds them again. Very annoying.
