Uniti Atom No Sound After Standby

My uniti atom was purchased around half year ago, recently in the pass weeks, after standing by, the speakers have no speaker output(no matter radio or tidal)and I need to unplug the power and restart the machine to have the speaker output back.

Any one have came across this issue, or I need to send the machine to get it fixed?

Have you tried performing a full reset?

Not yet, manual is in the warehouse, let me check online and see how to full reset. Thanks for your suggestion!

Tried but seems cannot factory reset it.
