I am trying to use the Sky HD remote control to control also teh Atom Uniti I ahve. It asks for a “product code” of the system. Does anyone know it? Or is there soem other way of doing it? Thansk.
Is it IR or a Zigbee remote? The Atom is Zigbee and you can’t use an IR remote with it.

Are you using the Atom for TV sound? If so you may be able to use HDMI ARC if your TV and Atom both have it. Then the TV remote should control the Atom volume automatically. Not all TVs do this reliably, but it’s great when it works.
