Ever since I installed an update on my Naim Uniti Atom, it’s no longer useable.
When it powers up, it initially displays a graphic which is replaced by the Home screen after a minute of two. At that point, the power light is flashing a pattern which appears to be a 4-1-3 pattern, and none of the front panel buttons do anything. A Home screen is shown, with the “Now playing” option highlighted. The Android app is able to find the Uniti Atom along with my Muso Qube, but when I click on the icon for the Atom, it spins for a while before showing a “Not playing” screen, and I can’t do anything with it at that point. Please note that this shows “Not” playing, whereas the Home screen highlights “Now” playing.
I’ve tried unplugging the Atom and leaving it unplugged overnight, but get the same results.
I noticed a post from @BrainE that described a similar flashing pattern with the power light, but that post was closed without a resolution being shown.
I’ve tried sending an email to support, but haven’t received a reply, so I was hoping that someone might be able to help point me in the right direction.
This is a fault code, you need to engage with your Naim dealer to arrange a repair.
That’s what I was afraid of. The dealer I purchased it from is no longer in business, however there is still a remaining dealer in my city. Hopefully they will be able to help. It sounds like you’re still waiting for yours to be repaired - were they able to offer an estimate of how long it would take to repair?

If in the UK then I would anticipate resolution within a month. Any Naim dealer should be able to help.
