Does anyone know what is meant by a service upgrade if you now want to add the optional DAB module to your Star or Nova?
I assume you would need to send your unit to Salisbury, or can your dealer do it on Naims behalf if you take the unit in to them?
Personally, as an electronics engineer I’d like the option to fit it myself if it’s just plug and play but I guess that could infringe the warranty, I just don’t think I trust a dealer to do it, unless they have trained technical staff who would at least take anti static precautions and tighten the case bolts with the correct torque
