My uniti star remote only works with my system if I take out a battery rhen turn on. Then after about 1 minute it shuts down again and i have to repeat the process. Its brand new FFS!
Fresh batteries?
I’ve had my Star for 2.5 yrs still got original batteries in and never stopped working
You should speak to your dealer. It will achieve more than venting on here. Your dealer has a responsibility to ensure your new purchase works as intended.
