Hi everyone
My DAB stations don’t play anymore, just distant crackles.
I have tried to do a new stations scan and half way through I get this Error message.
Is this something I can fix myself or is the DAB part of my system broken?

Fault 51 means there is a tuner module initialisation problem.
The tuner modules are becoming like “hen’s teeth” these days.
If it is preventing the unit from starting up, the tuner module can be removed from the unit & then use iRadio instead.

I am still able to use iRadio, it’s just the DAB that no longer works.
In January I am taking it into Armstrong Audio a repair shop in London.
My CD drawer doesn’t open, this happened before and was repaired under warranty by Naim. I will ask them if there is anything they can do with the radio.
To be honest I have been hugely disappointed with this system.
It looks and sounds fantastic, but…
Spotify connect has never worked properly, it keeps cutting out. I have to an Amazon dot connected to the system to listen to Spotify.
The CD drawer has stopped working twice now.
And now the DAB radio doesn’t work.
I would really have expected better from a supposedly high end brand.
