When I try to log in via my Naim app I get a message Tidal login error, could not login, client not found. I’m using a Naim Unitilite firmware version 4.7.00. Any ideas?
Hi, the latest firmware is 4.8 which should give you improved Tidal performance.
Regarding login, I would suggest you log into Tidal on their website, change your password, then try logging in on the Naim app with your new password.
And I think that firmware 4.8 included specific changes to the way Tidal login worked, ahead of changes that Tidal had announced. This was ages ago mind!
Thanks. I have tried to do this but the page on the Naim website to download that version onto my Mac comes up with error 404, page not found. Any thoughts?
I can’t seem to login to Tidal HiFi via the Naim App. I’ve tried uninstalling, reinstalling the App, resetting the App, to no avail.
P.S All sorted now, logged-in via Tidal Connect, i’m back in. Phew!
