Hi , my little unitiqute has decided to get stuck in a boot loop today !
Basically turned it off to swap speaker cables , and it lost connection to the network and just keeps going round in circles switching itself on and off .
It’s running the later firmware with the upgraded streaming board that supports tidal etc …
Makes no difference if it’s wired or not.
I’s there anything I can try at home like a soft reset or similar??
Hi, take a read on this thread, there’s a part on hard reset I think. Hopefully it will help.
You can only reset it if you can get into the menu, and from your description, that’s not possible.
I suspect your only recourse will be to talk to your dealer and arrange a repair.

I managed to just get into the menu long enough to reset between the unit restarting so thankfully all is well now
