Please help me!! I’m trying to update to 4.9 firmware on my Unitiqute 2 with the RS232/USB cable and my Mac book through Updater streamer Naim but when choosing the serial port to use the only choice it offers me is "Bluetooth-Incoming-Port.
I don’t know how to proceed, please help me!!

Make sure the silabs driver is installed.
There’s also a correct sequence of starting the software versus switching on the unitiqute.
The silabs driver is installed but is visible in the storage section and not in USB.
As Robert says:
Exit the updater program, connect the two cables (USB cable to your Mac and Ethernet to your home network) to your UQ2, turn your UQ2 on and when it has finished starting up, then start the updater program. Now you should find that a new serial port is available for you to select in the updater program.
I state that I have a Unitiqute 1 updated to 2 so it doesn’t have a mini usb socket but RS232.
That doesn’t make any difference except that you need a different lead. What I wrote above still applies.

Hopefully you’re sorted now @gaecam - but if not I have the same kit, a UQ1 with updated streaming board (I call mine a UQ1.5 
), and a MacBook (pro).
I had no issues at all with the update. The cable I used is in the screenshot below… which shows the USB A version, I can’t find the C version listed now
