The two WiFi bands shouldn’t make any difference, unless there is something very odd about your network. Anyway I’m glad you sorted it out.

Yes, I agree. Usually I can control the UQ2 with my phone from either of the WiFi bands.
Looks like you need a update to your UQ
It shows 4.4 you could go to 4.7 if you wanted
I was reading in another threads that sometimes the next update might cause problems. Now the UQ2 is working. I’m not sure if the 4.7 will improve the connectivity.
But maybe I will try it.
