UnitiServe Music Store 'updating'

I have a unitiserve SSD and a WDMyCloud NAS. This has been working fine… until now. Unable to rip CDs and if I look at the music store status it shows as ‘updating’. has been an issue for a number of days. Needless to say have rebooted everything and firmware is up to date. Unable to playback via my NDX5XS and the Naim app connecting to the unitiserve but playback is fine if I connect directly to the NAS
