Unity Atom disconnecting from network

Hi All,

Hope someone can help me.

I have an Unity Atom it’s about 3 months old with the most up to date software. I got it connected to the KEK LS50 meta. The unit sits next to my 5 year old mu so and QB which I have had in the same location and connected to the same Wi-Fi network. I have had no issues with either the Mu So or the QB and love them.

However since I bought the Atom I noticed that it keeps freezing and disconnects from my network and the only way to get it to work is to unplug it wait for a minute and then plug it back in to power. I notice I have to do this every 40 mins to and hour every single time I use it.

It’s getting to the point where I am regretting not getting the NAD M10 v2.

Any advice?

I have just email NAIM support but still waiting for a reply.

Many thanks,
Kish

Try connecting on the 2.4GHz band and see if the issue persists. I had the same issue on my new Atom Headphone Edition. The culprit ended up being what I’m attributing to a poor 5GHz implementation on my router. I changed my router to a newer unit from a different manufacturer and was able to use the 5GH band without issue since.
