Help! while updating my NDX from 4.6 to 4.7 it has sadly frozen on 81% for a least 20mins, has anybody got any ideas on what to do next?

You should be able to have another go with 4.7. If you can load 4.6 then you can load 4.7 too. Maybe download 4.7 again from Naim’s website…
