At present, I’ve got a Wiim Pro connected to a Naim SuperUniti for streaming duties. This works well with Qobuz, Spotify and Tidal, but I’d like to support Presto Classical. This is possible via Airplay 2 on the Wiim, but it would be nice to get high resolution, plus take the load off the iPad I use as a controller.
Th Bluesound Node Nano fits my budget, but are there any alternatives in this price ranger (up to £500)? I’m not concerned about multi room. Also, does Bluesound work in a similar way to Spotify Connect and Qobuz Connect?
WiiM have said it’s on their list of integrations, but early last year they also said it would come out that year. I’d certainly like to see it rolled out on my Pro Plus, but I’m still waiting. Might be worth asking on the WiiM forum. If/when they do bring it out, I hope it includes Connect as you can then control it with the excellent Presto app.
Thanks Roger. I checked on the WiiM forum and there are encouraging signs that Presto integration is on the way. The WiiM Pro has been rock solid so I’ll wait for a while.
