I’m not sure whether this is the right place to ask but anyway… my Nova has just decided to stop seeing an external hard drive. It’s a cable connection via my router and PowerLine and has worked perfectly up until now. I have no problem accessing Tidal or internet radio plus the drive works fine can be accessed via my iMac. I’ve done the ‘unplug everything/turn it off turn it on’ stuff but still no sign of the drive. Any ideas?
Have you connected the drive directly to the Nova?

Just so I’m clear - is this an NAS or just a USB hard drive? And what server software do you use? Do you have the problem using the Naim App? iOS or Android?
