My Uniti Star has stopped recognizing USB drives at both the front and rear connectors. Thoughts? Many thanks.
full power off and plug disconnect for 5 mins - at a guess

Just for my info…can you tell me what the disconnect does?

Usually it will be in standby, so things are still running, a power cycle ensures the software gets a proper restart. Basically like you do with your pc
