Using xlr for actives and rca for sub

Hi there beautifull ears,

Can I run my lovely Naim atom he: active speaker (Focal shape 40) via xlr pre-amp out and a Rel T/5X sub via rca pre-amp out without compromising any sound quality (latency)?

I mainly listen with my Stellia but want some music for casuale listening in my room.

Thanks a lot for your thougts

Yes, you can do that. I checked with the Naim online Uniti Genius and this is what it says.

Obviously none of this matters if you were in the bath at the time…….

Having ANY mains powered device in the bathroom at ANY time is EXTREMELY DANGEROUS.

The Uniti Genius is ready for all eventualities.

Remove all lights and electric towel rails…!
Perhaps it might be more appropriate to highlight mains powered portable devices.
In the uk, iirc, there is a distance criteria regarding electricity in bathrooms.
I keep my Muso2 tucked away on a window cill, long way from the bath et al.
Just have to make sure I don’t drop the control point in the water, haha!

The Atom HE isn’t portable……..?

Bzzzzzzttttttt, :high_voltage::high_voltage::high_voltage:
