If you have the above/similar stuff which is aged, I’d recommend opening-up and checking the interior packaging. Having checked a DG classical 'set (bought in '90s) and a MoFi 'set over the weekend (latter c.2013), in both cases the foam had disintegrated, thankfully not overly sticky though - although the DG one was going that way.
