Well. The buyer when he uses the remote he says he hears the motor but on the volume nob
But nothing happens. I shipped in original box. Does anyone know what this may be, or
How it can be fixed? Thanks!
Has the knob been pushed in against the case during shipping. Ask the buyer whether he can move the volume control knob by hand. If stiff then he may need to pull it out slightly to clear the case and allow the motor to drive it.
