I have a Muso QB1 and have been trying to upgrade the software so that I can use the new Naim internet radio service.
I have updated the app.
The Muso is on the same network as my phone.
The Muso is on a wired network.
However, when I tap on “search for updates” in the app I get the following screen.
The white light just keeps going in a circle and then the page closes down.
Has anybody else experienced this and if do how did they fix it and download the new firmware?
Thank you.
Piggybacking on your question if I may, I did manage to update my Gen 1 MuSo QB though it is a little unstable, but is there any reason why Radio 3 has to be at a much lower level than other BBC stations? I have to crank up the volume quite high and then remember to turn it down again if switching to something else.
Strange; the new firmware was published on the 7th, so your qb should see it’s available.
I guess the options are; plug it in on a completely different network. Or ask support@naimaudio.com
Unfortunately I do not have any friends with available networks.
I work for a local authority so trying their network would mean instant dismissal.
I will try reinstalling the app.
Thank you.
