Hi Steve,
I have the same problem with two jazz stations:
Classics Jazz
Jazz Vocals
You are spot on……is it only me……Naim seem to be via its customers are doing what Vtuner should be doing as its day job?
Thank ChrisSU,
Yes, my request is adressed to Stevensky.
I wonder how I should send him this message.
Hi @Pierre3
I’ve reported the issue to VTuner. The issue is with their database content for these 2 stations.

Check your spelling!
You just tag him with @ and the username with no space between them in the body of the message. Not in the title of the thread.
You can see Chris tagged him in his first message replying to you.
And you have to spell the username correctly as Chris has pointed out. Any error at all and it won’t get delivered.
Hi @Pierre3
The Classics Jazz (I think it’s actually Classic Jazz, Russia) is now fixed.
Jazz Vocals (which is a digital only channel of the same Russian station) we’re still trying to get fixed with VTuner.
Apologies for the inconvenience on this one.
Regards
Steve
Hi @Stevesky
I’ve been using my two Naim Muso for several years and I wasn’t bored with these stations. In recent months, the problem seems recurrent with Classic Jazz, Jazz Vocals and the Columbia station Abaco Libros y Cafe.
Did’nt VTuner integrate it into database?
Best regards
Pierre
Hi @Pierre3
The Classic Jazz & Jazz Vocals are now streaming again on VTuner.
The Abaco Libros y Cafe channel seems to of closed down. If you know otherwise, can send a reference to a website where it work. We’ll aim to correct the situation on VTuner.

Thanks @Stevesky
Classic Jazz and Vocal Jazz stations are working again. Regarding Abaco Libros y Cafe, there is no problem at the moment. I quoted it because it is one of the stations that are occasionally a problem with VTuner. Abaco Libros y Cafe became now ALR Jazz Radio.
Best regards,
Pierre
