Hi! I updated my Nova and get this 238 error code. I can read old threads that many Nova owner had the same problem. But i cant find any answer how to fix it? I guess they have find a solution for that problem now? Anyone knows how to do it?

I found this old post (from 2020) about the Atom rather than the Nova via a Google search.
“Following the recent 3.4 update we are aware of a very small number of cases where units may display Error 238. Performing a full factory reset should resolve this error - in the unlikely event that it doesn’t, please contact your local naim retailer or the naim support team directly”.
