What are the four buttons on the NDX2?

There are four bottoms on the front of the right hand side of the NDX2. Top to bottom, what do they do? What do the symbols mean? The bottom two are lit. Is that ok?

Is it normal for the bottom two to be lit while I’m streaming? When I finish streaming, the buttons stop being lit.

The lights go off after I finish streaming. Is that ok?

My lights remain on permanently.
