Supertramp, Even In The Quietist Moments, cd rip

Simply brilliant… perhaps playing too loud through the headphones

Ben Harper. Winter is for lovers.

After seeing all those private jets and motorcades I need this to calm me down. Cool my jets so to speak

I think @Pete_the_painter was referring to his bumbling idiot.

Anyway I think this is the best studio album John McLaughlin has released for many years, Liberation Time.

Puccini Il Tabarro, from the boxset.

Nice recording and performance (there may be better but this is the only version I have. I generally think if Pappano is involved, it’s quite good to my non-cognoscenti ears).

Previously played on here, sounded interesting so added to play queue

A eclectic album, but I haven’t heard a duff song yet.

Mic Donet - Plenty Of Love

Flicking through the bargain basement of my local record shop (remember them?), this caught my eye, despite the awful title. Thought to myself, why not take a £1 punt?

I am pleasantly surprised, a nice blend of Soul and R&B, and Mic has a lovely voice. Turns out Mic used to be an opening act and backing vocalist for the likes of Stevie Wonder, Carlos Santana and Erykah Badu.

Now this will be way too middle of the road for many on here but it is a rather nice, relaxing listen.
